By completing and submitting this form and attending any party you are requesting admittance to an adult  naked event where you will see other nude men and representing you are a gay male.  The following is a Release of Liability and Hold Harmless to Bear Naked South Florida.  By entering the information below you agree to these terms and conditions and in consideration you will be added to the member email list.   You further certify that you are an adult 18 years old or older and not a member of any law enforcement agency.  The club parties are limited to gay men and their gay male guests.

I hereby release Bear Naked South Florida, their hosts, officers, directors, members, agents, employees, volunteers, promoters, sponsors, and contractors, and the owners, lessors or suppliers of the premises and the owners, lessors or suppliers of any equipment used in connection with the event, for any injury or damage suffered by me at any time during the time, before the event, during my presence at the event or as a result of my participation in any activities at the event, and after I leave the event, and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge them, as well as indemnify and hold harmless their heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, from any and all claims, demand, actions or rights of action, of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, arising from or by reason of my attendance at or participation in the event or activities or during my travel to and from the event, or parking at the event..
